Athletics Update: August 29, 2019
Ashland has been designated a "high risk," community for the threat of Eastern Equine Equine Encephalitis (EEE) by the State Department of Public Health. With that said, all outdoor athletic events for Ashland Public Schools will end by 6:45pm for the time being. We will adjust and communicate any changes when/if they occur. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate a number of scheduling changes. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the Athletic Department should you have any questions.

For more info on EEE, please visit the town's website:

We recommend following the guidelines by the CDC in order to assist in preventing EEE:

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR AT smarks@ashland.k12.ma.us. PHYSICALS CAN BE FAXED FROM A DOCTOR'S OFFICE OR SCANNED AND EMAILED TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE. ANY ATHLETE WITHOUT A CURRENT PHYSICAL (VALID FOR 13 MONTHS) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS.
